Andrea Mesana's love for music really infuses all aspects of her life. But once she saw the deeper connection that her love for music had with her faith, music took on a whole new meaning for her. Andrea lives out her charism of music through a variety of ways, from serving at mass to inspiring young people in her homegrown music studio. In this episode, we talk to Andrea about how music and faith have shaped her into the music educator and mother she is today.

Meet Andrea Mesana
Andrea Mesana is a daughter of God, mother of 2 beautiful girls, a wife to an amazing husband and an experienced pianist & piano teacher of over twenty years who teaches at her home studio, Aria Music Studio, in Surrey, B.C.
She has worked in youth ministry for 12 years, founding the St. Matthew’s Youth ministry - JCRU and serving as an active member of CFC-Youth for Christ. Andrea had the wonderful opportunity of starting up youth groups in both Victoria (where she studied at the University of Victoria) and London, England. The highlight of her ministries was attending the World Youth Day in Toronto (2002) and seeing Saint Pope John Paul II.
Andrea currently plays piano for funerals and weddings and is a choir director and pianist of her local church, Precious Blood, in Surrey. She hosts a prayer group twice a month in her home and actively lives out and teaches the faith to her children as a homeschooling mom.
